Customs and Import Fees

All orders are shipped from Germany. Within the EU and the USA, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, however, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are imposed entirely by the customs authority of the recipient country and must be paid by the customer.

If a package is refused upon delivery, customs will still charge the fees. In the event of a return, these costs will be invoiced by DHL and deducted from the refund amount.
