Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods (or the last goods, partial shipment, or item in the case of a contract for multiple goods in a single order, or the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration. For this purpose, you may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you for the purchased goods, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

According to § 312g para. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
