Return Information
The product doesn’t fit properly or you don’t like it and want to send it back? No problem - you have 14 days after delivery of your order to return it.
Please make sure that the items you wish to return are in perfect condition and free from any signs of use. Please do not remove any labels; otherwise, we cannot accept the items.
NOTE: Dirty, worn, or washed clothing, as well as items without labels, cannot be refunded.
To start a return process simply send an email to info@nextlevel.international, include your name and order number and we will send you the instructions on how to return your items in a few simple steps.
Return Costs
Return costs are determined by our shipping partners and vary depending on your location. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your order value when processing your return, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Refunds
We only offer refunds to the original payment method used for the order.
For purchases made with part card, part gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
Please note that it may take up to 6 business days for your refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
